The best things in life are unexpected, unplanned & completely random. They truly are. If there's anything I've learned is when in doubt, just say yes (JSY as it is known to some out there). This weekend a friend of mine asked if I wanted to go fishing&boating in HK. I said yes. Turned out to be one of the best experiences of my time here in HK & a memory I will hold oh so close to my heart forevaeva, evaeva *cue Kanye forevaeva voice now. But in all seriousness, the day was nothing but perfection. We headed to Sai Kung area to meet with a local who took us on his gorgeous family boat & we were off to fish, bbq aboard the boat, swim, soak in the sun & thoroughly enjoy the impromptu lazy sunday. After some maja fishing (I actually caught some fish haha) we took our best catches to a local restaurant & had them steamed&fried, along with some other seafood goodness that we ordered. All in all...BEST.DAY.EVER.
